The short answers most people want before they download
Nothing — and there is no invoice later either. You download the full file with every tab and formula. We do not ask for your email, and there is no "Pro" version behind a paywall. The site is funded by ads.
Yes, commercially too. Add your own logo, change the colours, and use them with clients, staff or your accountant. The only thing you cannot do is resell the templates themselves as your own product.
That is the whole point. GST is 15%, amounts are in NZD, dates are in DD/MM/YYYY, and where it matters there are fields for an IRD or GST number plus references to the IRD, the 31 March balance date and KiwiSaver. You will not be unpicking US dollar signs and the wrong tax rate.
No. The files are .xlsx and work in Excel 2016 or newer, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets and LibreOffice Calc — on Mac as well. Formulas and formatting carry across all of them.
